Would it be possible to use the Crankshaft of the 1.4 ltr 16v 100 hp engine in a 1.2 ltr 8v 69 hp engine.

Nope 1.2 has single cam exhaust and inlet. 1.4 16v has two cams one for ex and one for inlet.
...but only one crankshaft
Depends on the bore. If that's the same and only the stroke is bigger, it might fit.
I think the (in)famous captain from Portugal had a similar plan and we found out that they are not interchangable.

Will the panda 1.4 - 100hp motor fit the 1.2 panda 4X4 gearbox ?
Missed the crank bit. I'd suspect it would but I'm sure the stroke is different. 1.4 would probably fit the 4x4 gearbox the superfire engines (16v) are based on the fire engines (8v) so bell housing mounts are the same etc

And will the palio weekender 1.6 twincam motor fit same gearbox ?That's the point more stroke more volume.

I would not know, not familiar with the 1.6 ltr TwinCam engine.
