My wifes 2006 Dynamic 1.2 Panda is shod on 155/80 R13 tyres on steel wheels. 3 of the tyres need replacing pronto. I wonder if there is a Panda model fitted with a 13 in alloy wheel that would be a direct replacement fit and that I might pick up from a breaker? I have been offered 4 x Panda 165/65 R14s on alloy wheels - good tread & condition at £150 but don't think they will fit (will they?)

The standard alloys for the Panda are 14 inch 6-spoke, not 13 inch. I bought 13 inch alloys for my own. I think they were intended for the Seicento but I preferred 8-spoke wheels.

Sounds like just what I bought to upgrade 18 months ago on my Active, and was a straight swap, I kept the steel wheels and put a set of winter tyres on them.

I did the same - winters on the steels.

Winter is coming:

April 6 my info says;)

That type of winter is fine. Just don't want snow!

hmmmm 'Snow' , hmmmm - Nope, don't know what that is either :D - sounds bad though Smurf, perhaps better not to send it ?

You need special summer tyres here  - the normal ones start to melt - good grip though..:p

Have to carry the bottle of Eucalyptus oil with you for road tar splatter removal..(y)

No snow in Portugal? They had snow in Southern Spain last April. Mind you, they have some proper hills down there..........

Oh, there is plenty of snow - inland and in the mountains, just not where we are - our winters are mainly rain - and wind (near the coast) - but we are looking at a place inland about 20 klicks so will be hotter without the coastal breeze.
There is talk amongst the old(er) folk of once seeing frost - yikes
