Wheel Nuts

Going to be replacing all the wheel nuts and locking ones but don't want to get the run of the mill (due to rusting and fading) Dose anyone know any good ones out there? Also going to have to replace some screws in the plastic trim.

Re: Wheel Nuts

I just used plastic nut covers, they look a lot better and dont rust. You can get loads of different colours but I went with black chrome. You can pick a set of 20 up with removal tools for about 10 on ebay.

Re: Wheel Nuts

I put black wheel nut covers on mine too, it looks mint and has to be cheaper and easier than replacing the actual wheel nuts with ones that don't rust.

Re: Wheel Nuts

I took a shoebox (every missus has'em) drilled 16 holes (13 mm) in the top, sanded the bolts, coated them with zincspray and matte black. Some baking with the heatgun and they were fine by the time the (original) summerwheels went on.

They look great and suffered no damage mounting the wheels.

If you don't mind a picture of my filthy wheels I can get you one.

Do you want a close up of the wheels or a picture of the whole car (or both)?
