Yeah - that was exactly the same face I pulled.

Someone had a few old models lying around?

Curious

UPDATE:

Went to take a look. A 63 registered Mk3 Panda 4x4 in Vanilla yellow. 13 miles on the clock.

Small mirrors, Bluetooth & leather wheel and side/seat airbags with split rear seats. Seat fabric like the later 2010+ Dynamics. Climate.

Boot badge says Multijet, engine bay says 1.2.

My only guess is it had been sat at some Irish dealer for years, unregistered. It has a few dings and chips.

Blimey, that is an odd one.

Love the fact it has a Multijet sticker on the back and it is a 1.2!

Yes, I rushed to the engine bay..........

The question is, when was it made? Cos the later Irish 1.2 4x4s did get the 69bhp engine I think.

Is there a tell-tale under-bonnet way of checking if it's 60bhp or 70bhp as that could make it more tempting?

I went on the DVLA website where you can type in a numberplate and Make - it then tells you the tax cost and CO levels. The DVLA have this as the higher tax cost so presumably the 60hp engine then.

The car still remains an anomaly....though on reflection, overpriced at £10k.

It's overpriced at £10k but they're asking £11.5 for it, for only £700 more you could buy a brand new TA 4x4? Also a car manufactured 3 years ago and not driven since won't necessarily be an astute buy, you'd be better off going for something like this one, 2010 registered, only 5K miles and £3.5K cheaper

To be honest they're all a bit overpriced and most stand months waiting for a sale.

But yes - the one at Woodleigh is £11500 with 0% finance or £10k cash. It's just not right though............

Nope, because its the 4x4 (y)

Transmission has more drag :(

Crap.......so it could be 69bhp? I have to drag my ass back now then...

But:

1. 2009 grille & mirrors
2. Bluetooth
3. 2010+ interior

What's the definitive 69bhp engine characteristic? A quick in/out before the salesman dazzles me with his lack of knowledge again?

I'm not sure, but personally I'd avoid. It's not been correctly registered in the UK. My car check brings up this which is not correct.

Should list all engine specs inc BHP like this

Yeah - though it was only registered on 1 September mind you.

In Ireland the 2011+ Panda 4x4 1.2 had 139 CO but DVLA says 155 like the Euro 4.

It's so dodgy and overpriced.

Luckily my patience is great, my pockets deep and my arms comically short. Surely a surfeit of 2010 4x4s are coming as they reach maturity and are traded for the new model......c'mon!
