With a little searching, this is the injection control unit for a Panda with the selespeed gearbox. There are a few alternatives, so hopefully you have selected the correct one.
Looking at ePER (see link at top of page) Fiat also list a reconditioned alternative, part number 71786210. (Only follow this if absolutely certain you've chosen the right one.) This will be about half the price of a new one.
This raises the option of having yours reconditioned. There are probably a few options worldwide, but you might like to contact ATP.

I have dealt with this company years ago with automatic transmissions and their work is to a very high standard. They were just getting into reconditioning electronics then.
You may find a reconditioner nearer to you. Search for Marelli.
