Panda Panda 100HP project (cooperman style!)

Introduction

Right thought I would start a thread as there are a few mods happening to my panda and wanted somewhere to have them all in one place! I have owned my 100HP since 2010 and love it! She gets serviced at fiat evry year and had belts and water pump replaced last year. I wanted to start modding her but not go OTT as been there and done it before! Hopefully you guys like it!
So this is what I have done:

Day one cleaned!

Really happy with the way the car is coming on! The rear end is looking nice and fat, will be looking at getting a silver rear fog light bulb to balance up the lights and looking at spacers the same as Demi has to fill the arches a bit more. All 4 tyres will be getting replaced also for Toyo T1R's as got some cheap front tyres put at the mo and had enough of them!! Lesson learnt!
Yeh the only thing that put me off them was they only came in 100pcd and would of have to use wobbler bolts to get them to fit, but really happy with the style i went for!! spacers have been delayed thanks to city link, so couldn't fit the wheels today!

Well I am pleased to inform you all the wait is over and the wheels and springs are on!! Looks just how I wanted it to and I am sooooo happy with the way she looks understated Euro!!
Have to say a big thank you to Gary at Rimstyle he was a massive help and also Nick at Zagato Lanca (panda friendly specialist garage) for fitting everything!

Looking good! I'm assuming they are real BBS?

What size are they?

Cheers for the kind words Gav, would love to say they are real BBS wheels but they are not (BBS stickers a ebay special!) the VW boys have made sure any BBS wheels coming onto the market attract a massive premium! I did look at real ones and for the price of these with tyres it would of got me one and a half real BBS wheels (with no tyres!) Also BBS only do a limted range in 98PCD and all the ones I found were of 1980's Alfa spiders with no center cap design.
Size of wheels are 15'' by 7j (with 1cm spacers all round) and tyres are standard 195/45/15s, below is the normal before and after pics enjoy (y):

And I just like this one as it shows how nice the car sits!

That has a nice stance! The last pic makes it look low lol

I've just got a flat so really tempted to bite the bullet and get some new rims!

All the pics where it is on its own doesn't seem to show how well it sits so thought I'd add that one in!! :D
I do really believe the 100hp is one of the hardest cars to find alloys for as its shape seems to make only a few styles work! I took my time and done lots of photoshopping to see if styles worked. (y)

Nice job Coops! What size spacers did u go with in the end there?

Nice to see at least some one posting updates this weekend (y)
I'm stuck with headlights atm . Hopefully will get them done before 4th of May.

Yeah thats what I did too, way before we actually bought the car. Coz I was looking for the right car which took me 5-6 months. So I ended up highjacking someone else car for my Photoshopping :D (sorry @ who ever u r if its ur car).

I was looking for classic/boxy looking wheels as Panda is quite boxy. Just ended up buying blue one instead of grey :D

Cheers Demi!! Spacers were 10mm needed them to clear the front brake caliper but Rimstyle provided them free of charge as they really got behind this project!
Here are my pics I did before I bought the wheels, was going for gold wheels first of all then once I did the sliver they looked perfect! As my mate said looks like it should of come from the factory like that! :D

Had some yellow film come in today which I'm going to cover the front fogs with to continue my euro ish theme, not sure how they will look with the rest of the car yet but will post pictures of the results Saturday (y)

Fog light yellow tints done and to be honest it has surprised me how good they look! :D

Also spoke to Koni and they are not going to manufacturer any STR.T rear shocks unit week 20 which is end of May! The full STR.T kit is currently being re designed with no production date at the moment! So in the mean time as one of my rear shock bushes is pretty much had it bought some good second Sachs to get it though the MOT.

Looks awesome and sits well on the bbs reps, like you say there's not many wheels i think would work on the Panda!

Hi I got the back box form a company called Ultrasport, came fully delivered (in under a week) for £130.00!! here is the link http://new.ulter.com.pl/offer/dedicated/65/fiat_panda-100hp/413
I went for the 80mm tailpipe as i thought 100mm would just look to big! Fitting was fine just had to buy a multi holed exhaust hanger rubber to space it away from the bumper.
Noise wise there wasn't that much difference then standard which i wanted, once i done my induction mod see link https://www.fiatforum.com/panda/319449-100hp-induction-mod-under-30-a.html I then got a really deep tone on acceleration.
Here is the link to Demi's project https://www.fiatforum.com/panda/305044-my-panda-100hp-matte-black-project.html?p=3058433
I have said it before that it seems the Blue panda's have all the fun!! (y)
