I don't oftern keep my cars very long, and it's only when I can spend time tweaking them and changing the styling that I tend to hang on to them for a while. I have an MX5 which I've had for 4 years and spent lots of time (and money) making it "mine".

There are lots of parts available for the MX5 from places like www.mx5parts.co.uk which makes it easy to modify. Liking the "cult" appeal of the Panda 100hp I'm thinking I may keep it for some time, but was wondering if anybody knows of places like MX5 parts where you can get parts for the Panda? I've looked around a bit and can only find places that sell standard repalcement components. Any links to useful sites would be appreciated.

Cheers, Mike

well the Panda, especially the 100hp doesn't have that sort of following so there isn't really that sort of availability of parts.

i think the punto is far better served with modification parts, panda owners tend to be quite sensible!

the number of upgrades are limited, the eleganza is more popular than the performance model due to low insurance

There are a lot of different cars better served than the panda for aftermarket parts, but having been on this site now for a few months and reading a lot of informative threads by people who are clearly modifying their cars I thought I would ask the good people of this site for some input. Please keep those links coming. (y)

I'm not quite sure what your message here actually is! I thank you non the less for your valuable contribution and time to answer this thread and share with me your opinion as you are obviously very busy with answering all the other threads too. I shall take your comments into consideration next time I look to buy another car.

Mike
