Hi,

The volume button on my Blaupunkt radio (Dubble din) fell of 2 days ago. Can i order a new volume knop at the dealership? I'm not able to find it on Eper which is running on this site. Anyone here has the Part Number?

Thanks

Mine fell off too, but I fixed it - far cheaper to superglue it back on and it's just fine. Better than spending £25 and having 4 unused knobs hanging around....

Radio knob for cd/radio in my panda was £5 from fiat agent .must be standard problem on these radios....i dont know where people get these prices of £25 and having 4 unused knobs from. this was a few months back so prices havnt gone up.....

Part is 71746374. Around £5 GBP. Minimum order quantity of 5 ???? just phone your fiat agent and order one.

People get the prices and ideas of unused parts from having been there and done it. Your experience was different and I have to tell you, less common. I'm sure the OP will try to order 1 in the first instance, not 5. I am just giving the facts as they would have seen it on ePer, as per their question.

A FIAT dealer/ part stockist cannot order less than 5 of these parts at a time. Vast majority of FIAT dealers will not just take the other 4 they have to order to stock. This part happens to be low value and may be common enough that they will sell you one and keep the rest in the hope they sell them later. Many won't, including the few I've bought parts from in the Birmingham area. They will therefore make you buy all 5 at £5 each.

"They will therefore make you buy all 5 at £5 each." I would change where you buy your parts from ive been in the motor business over 30years and ive never known dealers to charge the customer for 5 when the customer only wants one...i would get worried if you ever have a problem with your engine incase they have to order 50 to get the price down.lol

It's not about getting the price down, that isn't what MOQ means. I have never had the issue with anyone other than FIAT. I have changed suppliers many times as I have moved and it has always been the same with FIAT dealers or specialists. It only affects a few parts of low value, so it is rarely a problem since parts are so expensive in general. Normally talking about bolts, spacers, grommets, tiny bits of plastic trim, small bushes, etc.

I know what you mean i paid £22 for that small vent on the dash which i thought was a bit expensive for a small plastic vent?
