Hi I have a panda active eco 2010 and I am trying to locate the OBD II port. Any ideas where this would be?

Behind the fuse cover (which is the thing held in by two screws on the right of the steering column) and the OBD port can then be found just beneath the fuses.

Would anybody know if this fits on a 2004 Panda? and works obviously...

thanks in advance

If it does work I bet that it only reads codes, I doubt very much that it will clear them too, it's just seems too cheap.

I would like to have a Bluetooth transmitter to pair with my phone so i can use this software...
appbrain.com/app/torque-pro-(obd2-car)/org.prowl.torque

but not sure which one fits on the panda and f the one suggested by tommo1 works

would you have any recommendation? brands? model?

No, sorry I don't. Due to me being the 'family mechanic' over the years and working on a few different makes/models of vehicles, I've been looking into buying a system that would clear codes etc, it's a complete nightmare.
Even the system that my local MOT garage uses can't reset the service reminder on my wife's 2006 Panda, that cost them a couple of grand too,.....far more than I can afford.

Yes and possibly yes (not tried service reset on the Panda) I've the registered version and it's great IMO. Lots of other members will confirm this also (Stilo section).

If I knew for sure about the service reset, I would be more tempted to buy this system, including the interface device, how much are we talking then?

It's all on the website :)

Hmm, sorry but it's about has clear as mud to me. Can't see a total price any where, the interface info is patchy at best, which one is guaranteed to do the job/work with which make/model of car.

Can you only buy these interfaces via the link to those dealers then? So I'm looking at at least £46.74 for the one below (assuming it's going to work with Pandas) and I guess 49.95 Euros for the software??

Still a minefield isn't it then.:bang:

You'll need different ones for different functions. All can be purchased cheaply from ebay (y)

How many do you need in total then? Assuming one would want to do 'everything' like the dealers can.

Looking at comments on that forum, it still seems it's a hit and miss affair, owners who have bought the equipment and still can't get it to work on their car.

Unless I'm given a personal recommendation that X interface works on a Panda and will do X jobs I can't see how I could make a purchase to be honest.

I have the full version of Fiat ecu scan and two different ELM 327 interfaces. One of the cables can reset the service interval and access the dash board etc, whilst the other can access the engine ecu and read fault codes etc. Each cable was about £12 off ebay I think. I can dig them out and let you know the exact models if you want?
