Hi all, new user here, just picked up my new 100HP yesterday and generally over the mon with it.... except for one feature...

Like the nerd that I am, I extensively researched the 100HP online, every review went on about the brilliant standard equipment level and every review said that the Blue & Me came as standard. Fiat's 7 Sins brochure still lists the B&M as standard in the 100HP and when I saw the car in the dealership, the sticker on the window also said it had Blue & Me so to say I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't seem to connect my phone is an understatement.

I searched the manual, there is no mention of B&M, no mention of telephone connectivity, no mention of bluetooth, nothing!

Of course, the car is also missing the steering wheel controls...

I've asked the dealership about this, they say they aren't aware of it being dropped from the Panda range but want me to bring the car back for a look. If the system is missing and I'm not being silly, they'll fit a Parrot system. I don't want to look daft by bringing the car back to them if the B&M is actually present.

So.... has anyone got any pics of the B&M as fitted to their Panda?

Or does anyone know if this has been dropped from the Panda?

The Panda never had Blue & Me did it, only the Bluetooth element to connect a phone to it [i.e. not the full Blue & Me as in the 500 and other models...]

You should have steering wheel controls though.

I never used the Bluetooth connection anyway, no good at motorway speeds and even worse with a Ragazzon exhaust on

Could it have been bluetooth you were thinking of rather than Blue and me?

Bluetooth was standard in all 100HP's until recently (a few months ago IIRC). Bluetooth isn't even an option now.

I didn't realise it wasn't the full B&M system, just a bluetooth connection.

Without wishing to be a pain in the bum, has anyone got a photograph of the steering wheel controls of the bluetooth system?

I can see the controls are different on mine... The buttons are still there but the functionality is different.

Well, it's not all bad, the dealer has said that if the bluetooth is indeed missing from my car they'll fit a Parrot system to it!

If your car is a later model without the bluetooth you should still have the steering wheel controls. However the green handset button is replaced by a mute button. And the red handset button is replaced by a source button.

Now and again, using one of the +/- volume buttons mutes mine....

I thought there might be a button combo to do it on purpose, but apparently not....

Well there might be if you have a 100HP with the green and red handset buttons. Fiat obviously had to do something with the extra buttons and so they used them for mute and source. The original buttons might have the combo mode as there wasnt any spare buttons.

I've tried most combos and double-taps to no avail....

I muted mine by accident with the steering wheel controls but I can't get it to happen again. No idea what I did

I use the Bluetooth all the time. No problem what so ever

Good for you just not for me, I prefer a separate headset.

You not been in a 100HP with a Group N Ragazzon exhaust with straight through centre then?
