Hi,

The spring thing that connects the air filter enclosure to the top of the engine seems to have snapped.

Any ideas what it's actually called, and what it does? I'm assuming that without it, the join will undergo un-necessary stress.

It's just to help hold it in place.

The same on alot of Fiats with the fire engine, will be loads in scrap yards
