Guys,

Can anyone confirm if the abarth grill and tailgate badges for the grande punto definately fit the panda 100hp? Also what size wheel centres do i need to get to replace the standard fiat ones?

Lastly, best place to get them? is it an ebay job or is there a company thats cheaper?

done mine now.. rear is simple, locating lugs and double sided tape come on the badge, just cut through the tape on the fiat badge on the car (i use tooth floss!!) clean the tape off the car then push the new one on. front is fiddly and doesnt fit perfect, though i'm quite fussy so, 8mm nut goes onto a thread on the back of the badge, i undid the 4 top bumper bolts and pushed in forward just enough to get a rachet on it, its not done up very tight, just be careful not to drop the nut and the spacer when you get it off!

I don't need to put daft/fake stickers on my car to be an individual, but you seem to feel a need to. I wonder who really understands what individuality means? :p

I didnt say for me to be an individual !!

I meant for the car to be unique, why have a car the same as everyone else ?? Every car i have ever owned has had either a personalised plate, bodykit or alloys.

I just dont follow the crowd

Yea sorta with Gary here, i've got Abarth badges on mine but would be the first to admit its not one.. however for the sake of making it abit more special i don't see the problem with it (i dont have the panda 100hp badges either) besides with white wheels and italian stripes the blue badges look rubbish.. the Abarths match my choice of colours.

At the end of the day i see it as more of a look than pretending.. like euro plates on a GB car or Porsche wheels on a Golf, it doesn't make it a Porsche but just makes it abit more cool, to me Abarth is a renowned name in Fiat circles and makes an already unusual car (the majority of people haven't a clue what a 100hp is) a touch more special. And lastly.. have you seen the Abarth badges?! such a nice badge! lol :worship:

And lastly lastly.. if i had the money i'd have an Abarth, but i don't, so i can't :p

Doesn't individuality start with oneself?

I've had my red 100hp for 20 months. For the first time today I saw another red 100hp. It's not like their common is it?

scorpions are cooler than numbers simple.

if i remember correctly fiat didnt call it a panda abarth because it may interfer with sales of the 500 abarth

on that basis im going to put a giant ***** on the car to show people what im all about. im not afradi to use it
