I don't get all the fuss that's been kicked up on this thread. If it's your car and you want to put Abarth badges on it because you want to then do it. Who cares if someone else doesn't like it? It's your car and you can do what you want to it!

I have had very similar experiences in the past on other forums, mainly VW ones... I just don't see why people get so annoyed when someone decides to do something to their own car! Each to their own I say Demi

Its a badge.......Abarth have always been associated with Fiat and used Fiat cars.....my panda is a Fiat.......the badges look very nice and add to an already unbeatable package.........they give the 100hp the kudos it deserves.......my Abarth badges will be proudly staying on my car...

If they weren't so expensive, I'd happily have Abarth badges on my 100HP. Let's face it, the only reason there isn't an Abarth Panda is so that sales of the Abarth 500 weren't cannibalised by another Fiat product.

As a side note, I agree with Gav, Kernow and Demi, people can do what they like with their car as long as it's not harming anyone else.

Of course, i agree too, but if someone doesn't like it for whatever reason then they're free to feel that way and voice their opinion too

Ive read through most of the thread and its interesting reading. And this type of thread doesnt just exist on this forum.

I have always been of the opinion that if the manufacturer never applied the badge then without some sort of change/modification to warrant badge applied then it shouldn't.

However without being a hypocrite i think the 100hp looks ace with abarth badges. It really suits to car. II have no problem with owners applying them to their cars but when i do eventually find myself in a 100hp they won't be going on mine.

I use to laugh and the number of

type R badges on normal Hondas. I've had 2 integra type Rs
M3 badges on normal 3 series'
Gtr on non gtr skylines
etc etc
