General some problems on new panda

hello people!
I have some questions about my new 1.2 panda. First of all the front left door glass when goes down or up makes a strange noise just like it was stock at some point but it works fine. Second i've noticed that in the rear left wheel arch there are two "bolts" (well not bolts but my vocabulary is limited); one of them is painted and the other isn't and its rusty!!is that normal??Third there are some noises coming from the dashboard i believe that's because of the frame to support the non-original radio, what do you think? And the worst for the end...The 1st and 2nd gear are hard to select when the engine is cold and they are extremely soft in my punto 8v with 110000miles!!! is that normal too???

My Panda can sometimes be a bit stiff to get into reverse when cold, and it's done 31,000, once things bed in your gearbox will be easier.

My Panda can sometimes be a bit stiff to get into reverse when cold, and it's done 31,000, once things bed in your gearbox will be easier.

Reverse is different though because it doesn't have a synchro. My gearbox has problems when cold too (100HP/6 speed) and needs to be looked at. How many miles has the car done? When you say new do you mean completely new or 2nd hand?

i mean really new with only 1800km (1100 miles)...i bought it with 0km and i've noticed this since the beginning. My check up at fiat is booked for october (the car as plate from october 2008) and i'll tell them to check it but i bet they will tell that's normal because of the cold fluids, etc...
