Aircon Problem

Hello,

I have a Panda Dynamic 1,2 since May 2009, just 2k mileage, manual AC.
The compressor is on for about 1 min. then it stops for 1 min. and so on. The radiator fan works about the same way.
As a consequence, the interior air temperature slightly variates.
I've read on the internet that this is normal for Fiat cars but i seriously doubt it. Is it the same with your car or mine has a problem?

Stilo compression and fan rad does the same, but temp inside the car stays the same cool temp when its got AC running. I thought fan bit wasn't right at first but apparently it is.
