Does anyone know how easy it is/isn't to remove the black pieces of trim to the 100hp's front and rear bumpers?

I'm not sure if they are all actually part of the bumpers themselves and then sprayed around or if they are 'clipped on' after he bumpers are painted - if you know what I mean?

Just curious really - I was thinking of 'un' clipping them (if it was an easy job) and using some AG bumper care on them before re-attaching them?

Thanks :)

The front is clipped and screwed. The rear has "Welded" fittings, so would not be easy to remove at all.

I'd leave well alone if I were you.

Thanks for the reply, I think I'll leave them where they are in that case.

So does this mean that on the rear bumper the 'trims' are welded into place before or after the bumpers are actually sprayed??

Ive noticed on my rear bumper a couple of places where the 'join' between the black trims and the body coloured part isnt perfectly neat - unlike the front where thr black bits do look as though they were attached after spraying?

Thanks in advance.

Picture is fns wing after trim had been removed by a suicidal pheasant - trim has three clips that go through bumper/fairing, plus screw that attaches it to inner wing.
