The middle steering wheel buttons on both sides have started to stick in the down position(volume up and skip forward). They both work but continue to do so like you are holding them down. You have to stop them by lifting them up with your fingernail. All the others are working fine.I have tried to lube them but no luck.Any ideas anyone?

How old's your car? sounds like a warranty thing, shouldn't really be broken (without abuse) that easily, or just through general wear within a few years.

I agree with TBP though, lube's probably not going to help.

If your car is out of warranty, I have a Steering wheel you can buy, with or without airbags out of a brand new 100hp. It was built at the end of October 2008 and has the red centre badge.

Thanks for the replys. The car is still under warranty so I guess it means a trip to the dealer!Hope they are more useful than last time...:bang:
It must be one of those odd things that just happen and not a common fault. Will let you know.

good luck!

had a quick nosey at mine. looks like the button 'modules' screw off easy enough, hopefuly not too big a job.

Fiat button modules seem to have a habit of dealing this, my fathers car has had them replaced under warranty (and the trip computer one to the side of it, grande punto).
