I agree with the number plate comment. On Alfas they always look like an afterthought and on the MiTo it looks like they've quickly stuck some doubled sided tape on and smacked it on! You know when you go to test drive a car, and they chuck the trade plates in the windscreen, it's like that but worse! I have a strange obsession with things being symmetrical...

I love the numberplate being on the left.

I've seen someone put the plate in the centre and it just looked wrong... so very wrong.

They sent me both and it all came in a nice cardboard Alfa envelope with the 8C on it. At some point, I may get a chance to sit down and read it

It says test drives will be available from mid-January

Think it looks great from almost any angle but the front. For me the headlights kind of make it go wrong.

What do you think of the photoshop I posted? For me it totally fixes the lights.

Looks a lot better, but still too big, too round, too high up. I like littler lights, but then I always was awkward!

155bhp Mito Velocé tested. Doesn't drive at all like a GP. Drives like a much bigger car. In Dynamic mode the little Italian leaps from 50 to 100 fast. Very fast. The ELSD works very well. Doesn't 'bite' at the wheel but does stop it from spinning up too much. Trim is comparable to my Bravo which is exellent on a car in the Mito's class. If it wasn't for the need to get a car seat in and out the rear we'd be looking at one for a replacement for the Croma.
