Hi all,
Got into my JTD this morning and turned the key to MAR and waited for the glow plug light to go off. Normally I wait for the fuel pump to charge up and turn off too, it takes 3-5 seconds usualy. Today it was wirring away for over 20 seconds before it turned off. I turned it off and on and it did it again. Started ok.
How long does your fuel pump take to turn off? I ask because I dont want to go back to the dealers again if it is normal. I really hope this isnt going to turn out to be a "friday" car.
