I see Drivethedeal are starting to show discounts of just over £400 on the Cross:). I guess these figures will go up in the forthcoming months. (y)

If I eventually get one, the depreciation that these dicounts cause wont be a major factor, as I intend to keep it for several years.

Take advantage, I say!

I do like the Cross. A proper little go-anywhere plaything.

And... anyone with an ounce of knowledge wouldn't shout at you for owning a 123d, it's a car that's grown on me a lot recently, especially since the introduction of the 3dr and coupe and convertible. 135i coupe m-sport in white with red leather :yum:

The 23d a peach of an engine also, nice car :)

I just had a look at the broadspeed site, I got a qoute of £9085 on the road inc tax etc. That was for cumbia beige which is extra.
I then tried red (which they don't do) to get a quote for solid colour as Orange is missing from the choices, came up with the same price:confused:

Mega cheap if they stand by the quote.

Thanks for the nice words about my car, I am a busy member on the Briskoda forum and get quite a bit of stick for owning the Blue and White propeller’d car.

It has a feeling that it might be a slight ‘typo’ as the discount percentage seems a lot higher than on other Pandas and after all the Cross is a new variant. I am not ready to buy just yet, but such a good offer is hard to resist.

Just had a follow up email from broadspeed, and the confirmed price is
£10,900

only 2K more than the first price:rolleyes:

Still it was £1100 off list, I'm sure your local dealer could do better though.

Personally I think, in the current economic climate, Fiat aren't going to have many people banging down the door at £12,000

I'll be keeping a close eye on the prices. Hopefully it'll be about the 7 grand mark in a year or so.
I wonder if He-man do dual controls for 4wd Panda's???
I might buy one as a driving school car next year.
