Hello.to everyone.
I have a PANDA100HP for about 8 months with xenon kit 8000k.
I am wondering if anyone from you had something to change the ungly bulb of 5w with led , so as not to be any colour difference between xenon bulb 8000k and the small xalogen bulb 194,without the indicator says that it is off.
Thank you.

every bulb changed on my 100 hp front...blue led side lights, a very pure white when on, indicator bulbs changed ( lidl, dirt cheap ) and philips extreme + 80% which are the dogs dangly bits...(y)

Can i have a photo of your little blue led on?
Is it 5w so the indicator doesn't saw that it is off?
Where can i buy it?
Thank you.

Is there any indicator that says that this led doesn't work?
Thank you.

:D the side light leds are blue when off, and a pure white when on. the arse end is all bog standard. (y)
ps...they were freebies when i bought the philips extreme.....

try https://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk...
they deliver world wide. (y)

thats the set up I have, although I think the indicator is more silver than blue, and the sidelights aren't LED so you don't get the annoying bulb out warning :)

they make a big difference to the front end of the car, and the whiter sidelights will match the look of the HIDS (y)

I got 4 LED sidelights, in WHITE, £4 from Halfords, was a pain to find white, all I could find in shops was blue, and we all know what the plod are like with front blue lights :rolleyes:

Also got Audi style LED strips under the headlights that work off the sidelights, and they look the corgi's conkers (y)

Amount of people who ask, how and where i got them done
:p

the indicator bulbs were a steal, if you want you can spend up to £12 for a pair, lidl weekly special £3.50. bonus is a blue tint that matches the side lights. (y)

Sorry guys, but i cannot find a solution about the indicator in the dash board says that this bulb doesn't work.
I tried to put resistors, so as the canbus system understand that the current is more than it is, but i didn't managed anything.
The led bulb shows so similar with my 8000k xenon lights, but the iidicator that says the bulb does't work, make me unhappy.
Any idea?

Use the old I=V/R equation and put a resistor in parallel to draw the right current. You should have a total draw of approx. 0.5 amp for a 5w bulb.

What current does the LED draw? I'd guess you need somewhere near a 27 ohm resistor. Downside is, if the LED blows the bulb warning indicator won't come on though!

The led is 1,5w and the other i have is 1w.
What resistor should i have?

Spilling me head out across the page...

For the 1.5w one,
Total power = 5w
LED power = 1.5w
Resistor power = 5 - 1.5 = 3.5 w
Resistor R = VxV / P
R = 144 / 3.5
R = 41 ohms, give or take.

For the 1W one,
Total power = 5w
LED power = 1w
Resistor power = 5 - 1 = 4 w
Resistor R = VxV / P
R = 144 / 4
R = 36 ohms, give or take.

Make sure the resistors are rated at an absolute minimum of 5w if you're doing this or they will overheat and may melt anything they touch.

I bought two resistors 41 ohms, 5w.
There are a llitle big..
I will try when i go back home and i will tell you the result.
Thank you for the advice.
