I was in touch with Fiat Supasaver today on the phone about the Panda Cross. The guy told me that it is a model that they will be stocking at a discounted price from dealer retail but by how much he didnt know. He took my details and said he would get back to me with more info when he receives it which would be hopefully by the end of the week! Sit tight Cross fans...it mightn't work out to be as expensive as once thought...:slayer::worship:

I'll think myself lucky that I can already get 15% off straight away! My parents used to work in a factory that made parts for Fiat - they get staff discount for life and so do I! Yay!!! Can't wait to order my Cross. Spoke to my mate at the dealer and he told me to wait until January When the staff discount rate will be higher and then trade mine in! Goa orange is the one for me - it looks lush REALLY disappointed you cant spec ESP

Goa Orange looks the business and is probably the only colour that looks well with the trim. I'm goin to see what happens with the Fiat Supasaver prices and then maybe make a move. Ive have my own car to sell in the mean time so its time to get out the Autoglym!

Good luck with that - Im trying to sell my 2007 1.2 Dynamic with 8000mls for £3500 - not so much as a sniff of a buyer and I believe Ive priced it well cheap!!

Yea i'm sure i'll have a job on my hands! Pardon the expression but the arse has well and truly fell out of the 2nd hand car market... we'll see what happens! Good luck with your sale...

FiatSupaSaver have emailed me to say it will be several months before they can offer the Panda Cross.

Yep...Fiat Supasaver said the same to me...the girl on the phone did say though that at a rough estimate it would be around £2000 off the dealer price which wouldnt be bad... As said there, it would be a few months yet before it could be offered though because it is such a new car but it would be something they would be getting in the future.:slayer:

I wouldn't worry about it. You simply don't need it on such a low powered car.

Mind you I am of the mind that I wouldn't buy a car if i couldn't turn the ESP off.
