Think the max I have seen is around 118 but with my TomTom GPS reading 110-112ish.
Think over 200KPH is optimistic with out some serious work.

That can't be a 100hp, the fuel light isn't on 
I've seen 125 mph (200km/h) on mine once, needed a bloody big hill to do it though!
So it that youtube vid one of your 100hp?
i had 130mph in germany, porsche and BMW drivers (mates from UK) was very suprised

So under what conditions did you record this video? And is your car still stock?
I have another video with 217 km/h!!! Incredible speed for fiat panda 100hp.
It is have very bad quality but i'm try to make another with the same speed on the same down hill!
Only a bmc carbon air induction.
yeh iv had mine 130 once down hill lol, but never done it again since.
Allegedly I've had 200kmph indicated on a 1.9TD Tipo.

My old rep-mobile made an indicated 135mph down the main runway at Bruntingthorpe Brakes survived 3 emergency stops from that speed before they gave up the ghost
