Hello, anyone who tuned his multijet?
I did mine, result was extraordinary, exept the smog!!!!We are talking for lot's of smog. So reluctantly I returned to the original. :(
In the case of the 1.3 multijet, only the pressure of the commom rail needs to be raised and ...voula ,23hp and 5kg torque is added to the power portfolio. (y)
If anybody has any expierience please let me know. ;)

friend gpissio
how did you change the presure of the common rail,i would like some horsepower more, maybe plus 10 but the clutch will mailfunction if you get more torgue
i am also from HELLAS

You get a tuning box from e-bay and then you say goodbye to your clutch. I have done it.
Even if you install a heavy duty clutch disk, the gearbox will eventually break because it can't handle the torque. Sorry but you have to find another way to get the power to the wheels...

I think most here would urge caution remapping or chipping a Panda Multijet.

Personally I'd urge even greater caution with the Cross as with all that traction available, there will be even more strain on the clutch and transmission.

I'm a car tuner,so I remapped the ECU. I already change the the clutch, according the Fiat 's directions . I had the fist symptom in the 15000KM., only in high load. Ever since clutch looks that can handles more toque! Quote that they change the whole system with a new one with a different code number.

Smoke because it is not getting the air needed.

I doubt. That's a symptom in petrol engines, not to the oil burners. It's the ignition timing curve ,when trimmed ,might reduce the smog but It's quite risky to play with it in diesels since they have double compression ratio than the petrols.
I've checked the GSR site .They don't recommend any air induction for the MJ .Looks like they are doing serious business for Fiat's.
Thanks anyways.

Here in Portugal there is one Cross with 100Hp and 220Nm
It also had a kevlar clutch

A Powerklick.com (swiss made) tuning box is better then a remap as it gives you much more power/ torque and no smog, we tried it on a 1.3 Multijet Doblo and it increased top speed and low end grunt lots!

Hey Folks,
Dont mean to change the subject but cant help askin?? is that a winch is see in behind the bullbar of that panda cross? Its quite neat lookin on them! Anyone know who supplies them? Cheers.:worship:

Hi everybody!
Do we know what tires is the Cross above wearing?
Two days ago I went to a 4x4 store and asked are the possibilities to adapt a winch on my panda and the answer was NONE!

Hi All..
Wonder is there anyway of that winch coming over here and finding someone qualified enough to fit it to a panda?? It would look the business!! Same with the off road tyres... Fiats only given us a taster of what can be done to theses great little cars in other countries chances are we'll not see anything as well off roading equipped in this country which is a pity. The 4x4 will be a great option when the multijet version comes out in August and aswell it would be just fingers up to Alaistair Darling and his cronies when it weighs in at the £35 a year tax bracket too. Come on Fiat get your act together!!(y)

(n)Unfortunately the Multijet Panda 4x4/Cross doesn't get it's CO2 emissions low enough to qualify for the £35 road tax. The ones on the continent are 136g/km which put it into current band C and new band D. Have to expect an increase with added weight of 4x4!

 OH MI GOD. I need a new Panda 4x4 immediately! If anyone does know what size those chunky tyres are? What a shame the Pound is so pants against the Euro at the moment 'cos there's an awful ot of tasty Panda Cross' on Ebay.it at the moment. I even think LHD is cool too! Drop me a line if anyone spots a Red 4x4 with a skydome roof, my life is incomplete till i get one! I must get out more. in some mud.:worship:
