No longer the proud owner of a 100HP.

It's time for me to say goodbye to my 100HP.
Yesterday I traded in the 100HP for a 2005 Lancia Ypsilon 1,3 16V JTD Platinum DFN (this means it has a HUGE amount of extras).
I will still be hanging around the forum (it's still a Fiat underneath).

Re: No longer the proud owner of a 100HP.

Good luck with the new car mate.

Nice looking safter market head unit radio/cd you had there.

So what 'extras' does the Lancia offer over the 100HP?

I think the Ypsilon Plantinum has loads of stuff like dual zone climate, sat nav, leather, wooden steering wheel, et al. Everything you can think of really.

Re: No longer the proud owner of a 100HP.

@Schwenck: I needed a more economical car plus I have looked at cars with semi-auto gearboxes for a while and now I have both.

@dave: Don't worry, as soon as the weather gets better i'll take some pictures and post them. And we don't get them in Denmark either (officially), so the one i've bought was orig. from Belgium.

@hpScot: Thanks.
Just to mention a few extras: Leather interior, cruise control, semi-auto gearbox, Bose soundsystem (and boy is it gooood ) and better economy. But i'm gonna miss the 100HP sound and the 100HP fun-factor.

Unfortunately it doesn't have satnav and fortunately (i think) not a wooden steering wheel but a leather steering wheel.

I'd love to bring it to a show, but England is a bit far away from Denmark.

Re: No longer the proud owner of a 100HP.

Good luck Santa, I'm sure you'll enjoy it; nice to see you've stayed within the extended FIAT stable Saw loads when were on holiday in Italy a few years ago and they look a fantastic bit of design. Far too stylish for UK buyers

Dave, if you have the cash burning a hole in your pocket you might consider: http://www.aarrtt.co.uk/Lancia.html

Or start saving now for Lancia's relaunch here next year...

Impossible to convert to RHD I would have thought, but then why would you? LHD is no problem and feels more special in the UK.
