It's time for me to say goodbye to my 100HP.
Yesterday I traded in the 100HP for a 2005 Lancia Ypsilon 1,3 16V JTD Platinum DFN (this means it has a HUGE amount of extras).
I will still be hanging around the forum (it's still a Fiat underneath).

Good luck with the new car mate.

Nice looking safter market head unit radio/cd you had there.

So what 'extras' does the Lancia offer over the 100HP?

@Schwenck: I needed a more economical car plus I have looked at cars with semi-auto gearboxes for a while and now I have both. :)

@dave: Don't worry, as soon as the weather gets better i'll take some pictures and post them. And we don't get them in Denmark either (officially), so the one i've bought was orig. from Belgium.

@hpScot: Thanks. :)
Just to mention a few extras: Leather interior, cruise control, semi-auto gearbox, Bose soundsystem (and boy is it gooood ;) ) and better economy. But i'm gonna miss the 100HP sound and the 100HP fun-factor.

Good luck Santa, I'm sure you'll enjoy it; nice to see you've stayed within the extended FIAT stable (y) Saw loads when were on holiday in Italy a few years ago and they look a fantastic bit of design. Far too stylish for UK buyers ;)

Dave, if you have the cash burning a hole in your pocket you might consider: http://www.aarrtt.co.uk/Lancia.html

Or start saving now for Lancia's relaunch here next year...

Thanks for taking the time to post pics of the new car Santa.....I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I know you said that it had more 'toys' than the 100HP but I've gotta say - and again I know I haven't seen one in the metal - but from the pics in my opinion it ain't no 100HP in terms of sporty interior and distinctive external appearance - Kinda Hyundai Getz...ish in my humble opinion.

But forget my opinion - enjoy your time with it.;)

You're quite right, it's no 100HP when comparing sporty interior and exterior, but it's not supposed to be compared to a 100HP. It's more of a luxury Punto (it's based on the Punto II).

When speaking of Punto sized cars, this is probably the best (not talking sporty here :) ) one i've ever driven. I totally agree, that if it's a sporty Punto sized car you're looking for this isn't it.
