Not had this problem yet, only had car a week though but have been using the screen wash constantly, will keep an eye on it. Never had this problem in my Eleganza either.

On my stilo, the pasenger side washer jet had stopped working from the front nozels facing the windscreen, and would only work out of the jet

This morning, i cleaned them out using a needle and just poked it in the 3 holes that are there and worked it around, it has loosened what dirt and grime was in there and they work like new now

Have you been putting decent screen wash josh? normally only get a problem with blocked jets if you havent...

Halfrauds have a 3 for 2 on all winter car care there stuff is good cuts through road grease, lubes wipers, contains a water softener and anti freeze...

it seemed to be like bird crap or summat that came out

no problemo with mine ( so far ) only thing I find annoying with them is that the jets adjust together, and the left stream of the right washer always hits the wiper to begin with, doh!

I've not had the washer jet barrels drop out from my '05 4x4 yet, but have been watching for it as my Y-reg Multipla had the same probs early on with identical-looking washer jets. The washer barrels in that were replaced under warranty -- the new ones seem to have a green ring of softer material (rubber?) in the end which has held them in firmly for five years now. For a permanent fix, search the Multipla forums, as I read somewhere about how you could put a very small screw into the 'closed' end of the washer to stop them coming out. (ie the opposite end to where you use a screwdriver to adjust them). Since its the ice that pushes them out in the cold, making sure you have a good winter screenwash mix helps too. Roll on the snow - 4x4 wants to play...!

I've a 4x4 Climbing and do a lot of motorway driving so use the washers a lot and haven't had a single problem.

Have had mine replace now allbeit under warranty and (Touch Wood) they seem fine . Fiat dealers are aware of this problem and say that the Punto Mk2 had the same problem before the original part has be superseeded by a newer version, only time will tell whether the Panda gets the same treatment.

mine is playing up too, the passenger side one anyway... tried adjusting it and i think i've just made matters worse, just cannot get it to hit the windscreen correctly and there is a part that keeps sliding out of the jet and i end up with two wonky sprays to anywhere but the windscreen :bang:

going to have to get it fixed under warranty, along with my broken air vent, and also getting black b pillars fitted as should have came with it in the first place...

The barrel in mine started to come out on both sides, so a trip to the fiat dealer yesterday and they say they have had a lot like it. So they have ordered some new ones in so should get them fitted quite soon.

did getting new ones fix the problem?

My multijet has been in twice and has supposedly been fixed only for a few seconds of squirting to put it out again! Useless!

Had mine replaced on saturday, seem to be ok at the moment!!
