Hi everyone just a quick one to those who have the Ragazzon exhaust on their 100hp, how long did you wait for it to arrive? I ordered mine on 23rd November, got upset last week when it didn't arrive. Called the distributor (Gazzella Racing) and they said they're waiting for the stock from Italy. How long?? :bang: haha I'm too impatient!

I have heard bad thing about gazella ..other people havnt been to pleased with their service

Yeah I ordered a C&B Camshaft from them 6 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They don't return my calls or e-mails either so can't get a refund. Enough said really

i have herd of alot of people complaining about gazzellas delivery times. They say they are in stock then say there not, months later people have waited for a delivery or even a refund

Oh dear that doesn't sound promising! Looks like I'll be subjecting them to bombardment in the near future if they act a fool with me also!

Gazzella called me about an hour ago. They said the exhaust is somewhere between Italy and here because there's an Italian postal strike . I googled it and I did find that Italy supposedly has a very poor postal service. Hopefully it will be here sooner rather than later and that it will have been worth the wait!

Hope it arrives safe.. really peees me off when you get rubbish service from businesses.

Could you post up a little review when you do finally get it fitted.. I am very interested in the Ragazzon and would like to hear your views after a few miles use....

I'd believe it when you see it. A mate's cam was allegedly 'in the UK' for months and he still didn't receive it. Eventually got a refund.

Gazella are a total waste of time, I would never use them again.

I suppose it's easy to point the finger at Gazzella, but with them specialising in Italian cars, most, if not all of their products are imported from Italy. And if it's true what they say about the Italian post, Gazzella themselves must be really peed off. The guy I spoke to was very apologetic so, fingers crossed! I will be sure to write a short review also, IF I get it, and a few videos on youtube

The one thing that really gets to me is a company like gazzella ..it would make sense to me to actually keep a number of parts in stock and then reorder when you sold for the stock .its doesn't take much intelligence to do this ..very soon people will get totally peed of and no longer use this company ending in the company going into liquidation ..surely they can see this :shrug:

That would be the best bet for everyone really. I just wish I had consulted the forum before ordering :idea:. Ahh hindsight...

im planning on getting the centre section with silencer after xmas but will be using autodelta as thats who ragazzon advised are closest to me, have you ordered the full system?

I have always found German eBay great for this kind of stuff ours in this country is crap by comparison..I have used this company with great success and the postage time was very quick despite the fact it was a christmas period

Yeah I've ordered the full system, i.e. straight centre pipe and backbox. I've seen a couple of vids of it on youtube and I'm impressed. It doesn't seem too loud for my taste. Here's hoping tomorrow is the day! :worship:

I've got the Ragazzon exhaust. Only the silencer. With the silencer whe had 1 hp more. Ragazon has to options as a replacement for the centre-silencer. The first-one, a sport-silencer did reduce the power with 2 hp, the 'empty' centre-pipe did give 1 hp but gave a very hard sound, a bit anoying in my opinion.

The silencer makes a very nice sound after 1000 miles, very, very nice!
