Has anyone had experience of 0.9 Twin Air (2013) not running properly after an oil change?

Do you know what specification of oil is in it? It's important that the correct oil is used as otherwise it can effect the UniAir system (which can result in poor running)

the garage has already changed the oil to a lower specification apparently on advice from main dealer. Its still not running properly.

Does that mean it was definitely the wrong oil.. ?

The oil helps control the fuelling.. so is very important

Whats the story with this car?

Been ok after previous oil changes..??

Was the tiny filter disturbed this time?

My own stupid fault as car was going great and a message popped up saying service due so I put it in. To be fair it acted up the last time the oil was changed though sorted itself quickly so thought no more about it. Advice from main dealer was to put lower spec oil in (they initially went with recommended oil) and it hasnt made a difference. Main Dealer told garage it has only experienced this once before apparently and new oil sorted it. The garage is flushing the engine on advice of MD.

What sort of main dealer would advise putting lower spec oil in?

I am guessing the main dealer recommended changing to a thinner oil.
Earlier TwinAir Turbos were recommended SAE 5W-40 ACEA C3, but this changed to SAE 0W-30 ACEA C2 for later TwinAir Turbos.
(It could be argued that C2 is a lower spec than C3, but I would say different not lower).

Whether this change was to improve the engine protection (at the expense of the turbo ?) or because changes were made to the engine which required a thinner oil is unclear.
Early non-turbo TwinAirs were recommended 0W-30, so my view is that this is the correct oil for the engine, but that Fiat initially called up the thicker oil as a compromise for the engine and turbo, then had too many engine failures and shifted the oil selection to better suit the engine.

Any update..?

Does it run now..??

It was running great with cleaner in it (I could get my head around that) and then they changed to the thinner oil and it ran great until next day when I tried to start it, Again only one cylinder. Anyway stopped and started it again and it ran fine for 50 miles. will see if its a runner in the morning
