This does seem a bit of a faf to gain more power
A remapped ECU will give you better performance if that's what your after failing that sell the car and buy one with a bigger engine!
There are loads of normally aspirated engines that may fit the panda and you can tweak and upgrade this sort of engine as you don't have any ECU issues to worry about
What your trying to achieve with your current engine just wont be viable and be very expensive and try to explain all that to an insurance company.....Good luck with that!

Yes.. bore and stroke ;)

Is that the NA or turbo TA..?

In general terms an undersquare engine produces more torque lower down the rev range as piston speed is faster than on an oversquare engine. Again a turbo can change the speed an engine produces maximum torque but the calculator is just the relationship between power and torque at a given RPM no matter if its a petrol or diesel, turbo or non turbo, 16v twin cam or a V8 side valve. I leaned this at college and it applys today just as it did many years ago.
You cannot change the laws of dynamics.

Torque = horsepower x 5252/rpm.

The 5252 is the point horsepower and torque cross over when they are measured together.
So if you study a dyno graph, this is the point torque and HP cross each others paths.

I learned this making 2 stroke engines go bang!
