So here’s the outcome.
The first plug I found unplugged at footwell was definitely the speaker plug.
What I didn’t tell you all was that in my search for a bad connection, I was loosening and resetting any plug I could find.
Most plugs have a cam lock system.
It is very easy to think it is located and locked, when in fact it isn’t.
Upside down in a footwell is a recipe for this error.
I went and backtracked all the plugs I loosened and actually found one I had not put back correctly.
Everything works correctly.
Radio works great and my daughter loves her new car. Now she must just learn to drive.
Actually I quite like it too. I can’t believe how quickly that little engine revs.
