My partners 2015 Panda Cross Twinair....
Need to change the reversing light bulb but no mention of this in the manual or on this forum!!
Hopefully it's an easy job (if anything on a modern car can be considered easy!!) so hoping someone can give me some clues...

Yes it is an easy job.
You do need to lie down at the rear and reach up behind the bumper.
The bulb holder needs to be turned 90 degrees to release it and it and the bulb can then just be pulled out.
There should be enough wire to let you see what you are doing to change the bulb.


If yours is different and you cannot reach up you should remove the screws holding the rear wheel arch liner. 3 or four max and you will be able to access the lamp from the rear wheel arch. In this case you really need to take the wheel off to get a screw driver onto the screws.

Simpler than that. There’s a plastic ‘door’ in the rear wheel arch which unclips. This lets you see and should let you reach the reversing light just kneeling alongside the car. My manual *does* mention. I’ll add the instruction from that in a mo... where is says ‘adjust the tabs A’ it means ‘release the clips’ - you can do it with your fingers.
Note: the bulb is a push fit - do not twist the bulb to remove it - just pull. Its an odd one – 16 watts type 921 push in (not something you find in most 'sets' of spare bulbs). See here: https://www.eurocarparts.com/p/osram-921-bulb-12v-16w-twin-pack-48177037T

To help further, some photos taken while giving the wee beast a quick wash. The removable door has a catch that you squeeze between finger and thumb, plus a helpful tab alongside which you can use a finger your other hand to pry the door open. Because the wheels throw muck at the door, the catch on mine was hard to move as it was full of sandy mud. Clean that out first then the catch will work. On refitting, there are three angled tabs at the ‘hinge’ end that help guide it back into place. (These stay ‘outside’ the opening). The first photo is sideways on - the catch is nearest the edge of the car.
