Hello All,

I will shortly buying a Panda Lounge but I am a little confused as to the specs/gadgets/buttons available and wondered if someone could help me out please.

I notice that some Lounges have the phone and radio controls on the steering wheel but most seem not to have. Is there a Lounge + or something or is it to do with the year?

Also, if there are no phone controls on the steering wheel does this mean the car doesn't have bluetooth for the phone at all?

Thank you.

Hi.

Historically specs change from year to year.. and sometimes with engine..

If the one youve put a deposit on has a plain..button free.. steering wheel.

Then its just like our 2013 twinair :)

Thanks for that.

Does yours have bluetooth for the phone though or if its not on the steering wheel does that mean the car doesnt have it at all?

To be honest.. I have not even looked..

But that is probably the case.

My punto has all the kit.. steering control.. etc
microsoft emblems are a clue to kit

Many people come on here having bought a used car with no connectivity.

There are option to give some connectivity though.

Have a look in the ICE Section..

And SEARCH the 500 section for relevant posts ;)

If no controls on wheel, then no Bluetooth

Lounge from about 2013 onwards 'should' have them...

Cars after about 2018 have uConnect and those before have Blue&ME - both are bluetooth systems based on Microsoft technology. Differences are that uConnect allows Bluetooth music streaming from phone and allows phone screen to be used to control radio (via an app) - pointless as the radio is nearer than the phone when in the dash holder?

More recent Lounge spec seems to miss out the leather trimmed wheel - but should have the buttons still.

The 'regular' 4x4 is Lounge spec with added 4 wheel drive. Only higher spec than the Lounge is the 4x4 Cross... note that various specials (Waze, City Cross etc) tend to have different (lower) specs than the 'true' Cross 4x4 model.

You can find the specs by doing Google search for Fiat UK price list... some of the more recent editions are linked from the post here: https://www.fiatforum.com/panda-iii/473985-85-90-hp-have-you-got-3.html?p=4506837

The deal quoted above on the 66 plate looks really good. My 18 plate Lounge with 8k miles was £6.8k and no cheap tax. Having said that, it was 5 miles away and suited me.
