I’d still take a late model 1.3 multijet 4x4 from about 2017/18 when they stopped using the multijet entirely just for the diesel torque and 4x4 combo but yes the other engines are pretty under powered, even 85hp is not a lot when you consider years ago we used to have say a 1.6 mk1 Focus with maybe 100hp in a car which weighed probably about the same as a modern panda.

My current punto weight about the same if not more than my 90s Ford Mondeo, actually I think the current panda is probably about the same length as the old mk1 Punto. Certainly cars have gotten a lot bigger and heavier but the hp hasn’t kept up with the weight gain

I'd agree with that! I have what might be one of the last Panda 4x4s with the 95HP MultiJet engine registered in the UK - 'pre-registered' on 31 May 2018, and I collected it 'as new' on 4th August 2018 with just 4 miles on the dash. The perfect 4x4 green , with winter pack and a proper spare wheel too. Had to go to Sunderland (fromHertofrdshire) to collect it but was worth the trip (and we had a week in Northumberland on holiday with it in passing).

The Trussardi is no longer available to configure on the UK or Italian Fiat websites. I believe they kept it running with the new 1.0 FireFly engine alongside the 'Hybrid Launch Edition' but once they realigned the trim levels to the new City Life, Wild 4x4, Sport etc in recent months, the Trussardi was dropped.

I've never seen one outside of a Fiat dealer - as with the general consensus, I can't see people having much awareness of Trussardi in the UK. I actually like the brown (I had a Metal Bronze Alfa MiTo, which itself wasn't universally popular) so if it came with the TwinAir engine and leather interior I'd have been interested :p
