Hi , has anyone on here removed or replaced any of the steering wheel buttons themselves?

The little rubber jog wheel thing actually ....

Also is anyone able to locate any to buy? I can't for the life of me find any.

Thank you in advance .

You'll probably need to find a Panda for breaking and harvest them from it there, or check eBay.

In regards to the smaller numbers of Panda's on the road in the UK and the even smaller amount of them with 'added extras' like the wheel controls seems to be even smaller again. Making it difficult for us to find these parts. Keeping an eye out online is probably the best bet?

I've attached the part numbers / diagram to help you with this... sometimes putting those numbers into Google brings up direct results for parts :D

They are clicked in the steering wheel with little ankers so to say.
You can only replace it as a compleet set.
I would buy new, that would guarantee that it will work, a second hand one can be as bad or worse compare to what you have. ;)
Thanks for that. Does the steering wheel centre section I.e horn button, have to be removed first? Or can they be prised out? Also an idea of cost?

airbag unit (steering wheel centre) need to be removed first.
Disconnect battery.
Stick a Torx driver thru the 2 holes on the backside of the steering wheel, one after the other en disconnect it easy, one side after the other, there is a locking spring.
Disconnect the wires.
When the steering wheel centre is out, the hole mechanism is self explanatory. ;)
Then you can replace the buttons.
Connect wires again.
Place back the steering wheel center, push firmly till it hooks behind the locking spring.
reconnect battery.
