Hi,
The overflow return house on my Panda 2015 got a hole in it on 28 May and I am still waiting for a replacement from Fiat. They had to order it from Italy as there isnt a single one in stock in the UK. Almost 5 weeks later still no sign of the part. Has anyone experienced such delays and what did you do about it? Maybe it is just to sit down and wait? Luckily my garage lets me have a courtesy car when its available.

They say there are some on Ebay ... or where is the hole ? Can you patch it with a puncture repair kit ? worth a try whilst you wait for a replacement ....

Cutting.. and sleeving with fuel hose would be safer.. ;)

The 500's had issues with chafing of fuel hoses.. check out the threads for some helpful tips :)

Great to hear the garage are supportive..

That is not always the case.. :(

Thank you for your suggestions! Today it is 5 weeks since it happened and the garage called and said that the part finally has come in! But it had turned out that it is the wrong part for this Panda model. The part for this Panda model comes with a fuel tank and costs £1104 fitted! I just cant believe it - lost for words....

Measure inside and outside diameter of the pipe and then go to ebay and order a cut length of that fuel pipe. Would be about £5 from one of my local factors.
