My 1.2 has developed a noisy serpentine belt tensioner pulley/bearing. I can hear it via a stick and removing the belt I feel it's rough. I have a new tensioner bearing to fit into the existing tensioner, I assume it's simple enough with just the centre bolt to be removed and refitted with thread lock?

Anyone??? Before I get the spanners out.

Job done. Takes 30 minutes tops. The bearing lives on a dished washer and a similar shaped extension on the tensioner arm. It's held by one 13mm headed bolt, I used thread lock on the bolt. I've also given the car a good hand wash since my last posting.
