General New purchase

Specced a white 1.2 Easy on Carwow with Bluetooth and DAB radio. Best price £8907 from Chippenham Fiat. Not far from you. Go for it. Conrad Anderson would send a fitter to you for Cruise I believe (£500). I was looking at this yesterday. They'll deliver to you.

PS secondhand Tipo Easy Plus with Cruise- Motorpoint had one for £7k. (y)

... but in white :(

White is the most practical colour you can have :).

Easy to clean, easy to retouch if necessary, coolest in summer, easily seen (unless you're in a snowdrift) and it shows scuffs and scratches less than any other colour.

If you've got aircon, it'll also use less fuel (really - some boffins in California did some serious research into this).

Long live white Pandas (guess what colour mine is :D).

Looking for info on the deals youve spotted on a moderate spec new panda.

Gonna be 1242. Manual

Black grey trim. Blue paint.
Aircon ( ideally cruise)

Height adj. Drivers seat.

Best so far is @£9100 but in white :(

White paint is free. The others cost money. As noted - white cars never need cleaning.

And if you're paying cash, join the FIAT Motor club for £30 and then you can get a discount on the Affinity scheme (before anyone tries to argue again, I have already checked all this last week with FIAT and the local dealer - though they weren't exactly happy).

THUS OTR PRICES- until 31 March 2019 you get 22% off:

Pop = £7905
Easy = £8440
Lounge = £8986
Waze = £9766

Alternate is to wait and see if any decent pre-reg models flood the market.

Have to agree about white. It may seem contradictory to say so, but a white car is easier to keep clean than dark colours. Two previous red cars showed every spot of dust and muck so now we have two white Pandas. Consider a City Cross too.

Budget is sub £10k..

Dark blues are great for hiding roadgrime.. but also highlights scratches..

Wheras white has to be CLEAN to look good.
But masks imperfections well.

Need cruise and aircon..anything else is down to price.

Would consider mega low miles in a better spec.USED As the NEW MODEL will slash values by Xmas..

Our 04active was 6 months old with 6k.

Been fantastic for 14.5 years :)

I don't think cruise is or has ever been available on the Panda. Might need a 500 or other brand unless fitting aftermarket.

See what turns up after mid-March when the trade-ins and pre-regs roll along. I can't see high volumes though, unlike the 500.

Affinity will change after 31 March and the percentage will probably be lower.

I did the unthinkable and listened to the Mrs when I bought the Abarth.
She said "Blue" and I knew it was a mistake from the off, I was just going to go for white again.

It never looks clean and it's always streaked with brown grime.
I know any nic or chip will show up the base coat like a beacon as the base coat is white.

If you have a choice, go for white or silver, either will look the smart for longer.

I think Ringa fitted a Conrad Anderson Cruise control kit to his 4x4.
It's just a switch really that effects the ECU as it's this that controls the FBW throttle.

They sell plenty and modify mobility cars and motorhomes, I believe the kits they use are German.
I notice they've put their prices up recently, they used to be around £350 to self fit, which is simple as they are pretty much plug and play.
