I didn't get mats when i got my 4x4 but on the configuration page t does state mats as standard, I contacted the dealer and said they would send them out, still waiting for the mats and welcome pack, the dealers were very apologetic and said they would sort it straight away, that was 5 weeks ago so they seem to have gone astray

When I bought my Cross* the mats weren't standard but were promised anyway. It took exactly 100 days until I got them in hand, and in the end they were simply given to me from stock when I complained hard enough to the right person.

What is it with dealers and mats?
0f any persuasion?! Picked up a Toyota Avensis used some years ago, the mats present on inspection and test drive had gone. After moments of denial was directed to the washing shed where I chose from a stack knee high....
