i have put the econnect and waze app on my phone and the car is connected via bluetooth, but how does the eco drive work? is it compatible with the panda? do you have to have a specific usb stick ? or would it work if my phone was plugged into the usb port? its not a deal breaker but might be interesting to see how my driving is:confused:

I never got as far as signing up for eco:drive... but I have the Panda Uconnect App and Waze on my iPhone, and have found that, generally its not very good. The 'touch screen to control the radio' is pointless as it is further to reach to the screen than it is to the radio's own buttons. Although for a time, Waze directions would appear in the little white box of theUconnect App, this now seems to have stopped working (suspect Waze updated itself and Uconnect no longer 'sees' it). On the Panda app, the my:Car section shows a mileage that is completely different to what the mileometer on the dash shows, generally gets the fuel level wrong and often shows my car as being two streets away from where it actually is parked. I've stopped using the Panda app altogther now. I do use Waze as a standalone app still (which works really well)

yes I agree it shows my mileage and fuel level as completely different and thinks my car is 7 miles away at work when its parked outside my house!! not very good really. it sounds like it's more for other fiat models and panda has got the scraps of technology.

It is the relentless onset of unwanted technology that has given the panda a zero NCAP rating recently
We now have dozens of solutions looking for non existent problems(n):bang::worship:

Give me a straight Car Radio CD anyday! This does play music off a stick but I am seriously thinking of getting a proper radio fitted as its such a slow cumbersome set up. - Grumpy old Manda Driver
