I just got a 2017 Panda Easy ,is the first service in 2019 i.e. 2yr service interval as there is no stamp in service book.

Despite being 1 year/9000 mile inspection, oil change and pollen filter probably good idea to have done every year no matter what. If you've the 1.2, air filter and spark plugs next year when the car has second birthday. Enjoy, great cars.

I'd never dream of not changing the oil and filter at least annually no matter if I only did 500 miles.
I think the extended intervals these days are too long, engines still bed in and produce microscopic swarf particles that even the best filter won't stop circulating. If I had the dosh for a new car it would have an oil change and filter at 1500 miles or 6 months.

If the annual 9k inspection service was missed, your warranty may be invalidated. Go back to the seller and check whether there's any other paperwork (invoice, etc) showing that the annual inspection was done.
