Hello, My wife unfortunately had a shunt collision with her panda trekking. at first it appeared just a cracked bumper, bit of scuff marks, but on closer inspection the daytime running light lens is loose and rattling about, the headlight bracket is cracked, but stays in place. I think I can repair them, but I'm trying to find out how to remove the grill or bumper to get at the bits in question. Also when the car starts there is a loud rattle, it appears to be coming from the small oblong radiator which sits next to the main radiator, I am guessing this is the air conditioning unit? Nothing seems untoward leak wise and when I hold the radiator when starting the engine the rattle stops, so I am wondering if a bracket of some sort has been cracked or dislodged? Anybody else have experience in gaining access to these parts?
Thanks:confused:

Bumper off is easy. 4 torx bolts under the bonnet, 1 in each wing outer edge 3 under the lower edge. 3 screws in the arch and lower edge. Then gently pull the bumper just below where the line is between wing and bumper. It should come loose. Dont forget to unplug the DRL's and fog lamps if you have them.

So, "1 hour" to get it off then. ??

Thanks very much for info and advice. :)

Photos or video would be great help as I am struggling to find some of the screws mentioned? Also is there a way of removing just the plastic black grill, or is this part of the bumper? Thanks

Sorry but what is eper? The grill on our panda seems to be part of the bumper, I can’t find any screws on the grill area?

I'm lost here. Surely the grill(where the liscense plate goes) isn't one part with the bumper. You can buy this seperate part everywhere on the internet for around 40 euro's.
Maybe I'm missing or not understanding something so please explain.
