We have a 2016 Panda Trekking. The issue I have is that it doesn't shuffle the music on USB or play songs at random like it should. I press the voice command button and say 'random' and the display in front of the driver says 'shuffle on' (this might be for the CD) and I've also tried pressing the voice button and saying 'media player' then 'advanced USB options' then 'play anything' but all that happens is it repeats the same track over and over again. I'm sure it worked in the early days when we bought the car early this year. Any ideas?

With my 2014 trekking I change the play options by pressing the buttons on the stering wheel, so far it done what I've asked. On very very rare occasions the car dosent recognise the USB stick, I just restart the car and all is well.

PS I've never used a voice command and don't know if there is one for my radio !

I've had this sort of behaviour occasionally when I've had the USB out of the car for some reason. The cure (without going looking at the car menus) I think is to make sure you've gone through the menu and check you've selected
All folder or something like that, or it plays just the folder you're in and it have just one song. Also there's two menus which have the same sounding option under USB and media player (again from memory), one is play anything and another shuffle. Check both are on. I'm sure this will sort it out for you.
