It seams that my dealer sends me new offers every week ! "NOW is The best time to PX your panda" and so on.

Well the latest off has me tempted, a new 500X cross for £14,750. Only one available and it's a 1.4 multi air in pealesent yellow, Quite a contrast to my 2014 dark green panda trekking, but I like it.
My panda buzzes along happyly getting 45ish mpg but I haven't any strong feelings about it, also it will be 3 years old at Christmas and up for its first mot.
Do I need a new car ? Probably not but its always nice to nave somthing new lol.

Are there any panda owners who also have any experience with the 500 X (1.4 turbo) ?
Any opinions/pitfalls on the 500x
To get this deal It must be brought and registered before Saturday !
Regards Carl

Having reread your post, if it's really the Cross, that discount insane. Surely registration bonus their only profit. Agree quick.

Yup it's the cross 500X MY16 with comfort pack
A combination of fiat UK clearing out stock too make way for the new reg and trying to hit anual sales figures, all before Saturday.
I'm still thinking should I or shouldn't I.
I don't want to miss a bargain but then again act in haste, repent at leisure

But it's a bit of a big Jeep by comparison to the Panda and you'll feel that increase in size in the Panda's normal urban playground....

I've just come down from a 500X 1.4 Multiair Lounge to a Panda Trekking Twinair. Reason was I found the 500X a lot bigger and heavier than I thought it might be (I was inspired to buy it because I liked my wife's 500 but needed 5 doors.
Economy was around 34 mpg with the 500X and it's around 50 mpg with the Panda! For a small car the Panda Trekking is really impressive on the motorway too. Just my tuppence worth:rolleyes:

I'm still on the fence, tempted by the newness but I only drive 7 miles (town and back lanes) twice a day & probably only one round trip of 30 miles at the weekend.
Buy the car now and save nearly £5,000, don't buy it and save £15,000

There's the Panda Pop offer at £6995 still going. 3 years with barely any risk of problems. Maybe cost to change of £1500 or so?

As the days progressed I got a insurance quote and checked a few more 500X details but was still unsure about keeping the panda.
After work I poped to the supermarket and saw a lovely 500X in the space I wanted right outside the main entrance, as the owner had just shut there boot I thought I'll have that spot when she's gone ;) anywho she made hard work of getting the drivers open far enough to get in (due to the adjacent car) and a double shot of reverceing out.
I shot sraight in and open my door no problem.

The feisty little Panda is king of the carpark and will keep its place in my garage ( for the time being )
Thanks to everyone for your input, can I still be in the Panda club

The 500 is irrelevant when considering a 500X - or any of the other monster 500s.

Lovely analogy, but do you mean Renegade, not Patriot?

The truth is that, judging by the deals that are widely available, Fiat can't give away 500Xs at the moment.
