General Tyre choice
I'm a Dunlop fan.
So either "SP Sport BluResponse", "Sport Maxx RT", or "Sport Maxx RT2" would be my choice depending on need-able size.
Still on the OE, Goodyear 185/55-15. Polish made. Oddly much stiffer sidewalls than the same tyre with the exception of 195/55-16 on my daughter's MG3

Nokian Weatherproof 185/65R15 in place of the OEM Conti CrossConactWinters (in 175/65 guise). Excellent alternative as far as I am concerned.

Put Nokia weatherproof on wifey's car last week, 175's because I'm a great believer in sticking to stock sizes.
They feel okay and are a little bit quieter than the OEM's.

I changed my OE front goodyears at 30720 today.I got two Toyo Proxes 185/55R15 and paid £53.00 each..

To be honest, unless you're ragging the poor wee Panda & asking a lot from the car, I would not bother worrying too much about choice. On a budget Arrowspeed are cheap & seem to be up to the job. I've had these on my diesel hack & I'm happy enough, then again it all depends on your driving habits/style, if money is not a problem then the top marks are for you.
Tire choice all depends on your driving style for certain.
When you only hobbling around town with your car, budget tire will be fine.
But when you like me use most of the time the cars performance, you would be better of with a premium tire brand for officious reasons.

When mine eventually wear out or reach their use by date I'll shop around for the quietest tyres. Could be a few years though as I only do around 3000 miles a year.
