I really like the looks of this Panda, except for the open big wheels, 17" is to big for a Panda, to much wheel to less tire, IMHO.
With Panda Cross rear lights it would be perfect, a little "Darth Vader". :D

Is this a 4x4? What type of bumpers are they ?

Why? Red - grey interior looks very nice.

I got the blue one.
Also where do roof rails are used to?

The red/black/grey interior is top, but i referred to the state it was in. ;)
I had the blue interior in my previous Turquoise Panda.
I don't use the roofrails, i just like the hole look of the Panda better with roofrails on. :D
Without them the Panda look bare and skinny. :D

Oh, I see then! [emoji846]
This black one, looks super aerodynamic without the roof rails though.

Generally I hate modded cars, but yours is spectacular and it all comes together to provide a really original mean look. I love it! Its very cool.

That is why Fiat no longer fit them as standard on the Panda, because of better CO2 emissions without them. ;)

I have to say I prefer the Panda without them, but I think they are still standard fit on all trim levels apart from the Pop - at least in the UK.

Probably just UK, here in Holland they aren't even standard on the lounge. Rear speakers also no longer as standard and the brochure specifies 14/15 inch steel wheels so probably depends on what tires are on sale in the week of production. Still a nice car and they probably had to sacrifice some stuff to fit the now standard asc and tire pressure monitor and maybe the new head unit is also a bit pricier but I prefer the spec of my almost 5 year old Sempre.

Dutch FIAT dealer told me, that the steel wheels with cover is also a CO2 decision.

Interesting. Apart from the mid-life refresh involving the new head unit and upholstery, the three trim levels available in the UK haven't changed for a few years now. Then again, our vehicle tax system changed last year so there is no longer an incentive for low-CO2 cars, only for zero CO2.
