Posts: 93 Thanks: 4 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | How do I replace weatherstirp at bottom of window? The rubber weatherseal that runs along the bottom outside of one of the front windows (where the window glass disappears into) is a bit damaged - don't know how, but I'd like to replace it with an nice new one if possible. Is that something that I can do myself? Does it just pull off or would I need to dismantle the door?

You don't need to dismantle the door, but unscrewing the door card (2 screws on the open end) and carefully prying it open helps with getting the space and leverage needed to pull out the weather strip (which is deeper and wider than just the rubber that is visible).
