I gave Arnold Clark sales a ahrd time over this today. They were convinced this material is leather! I ws told that initially they thought it would be down to use and might not be guarantee, so I made my feelings pretty plain. I am at least forwarned. I think you should be able to get new leather panels for under £200 so I have considered this very carefully in my purchase decision. The plastic parts of the set look very poor quality so I will nurse them and also expect the worst. I did point out that my new car will be the 89th car I have owned or had as a company car and NONE has ever worn through the seat material yet in over 1.6 million miles. I suspect a firm and persistent effort with a good dealer would get a result on the warranty in the end. Good luck to the unlucky ones.
