The lowest are the Novitec's, after that you end up with Coilovers.

I live in Greece where most of the roads looks like a game where you have not to drive of holes.
Then the tire... is finished.

So 3cm looks perfect.

The best 15 inch look will be 7jx15" with 205/50R15" tire.
