dash reflection

Does the pandas 'unique' dash design annoy anyone else with the reflection in bright sunlight?

Anyone have any solutions for it?

Re: dash reflection

Ditto, once the sun came out it made me regret buying the panda.
After a few months of frustrating driving some clever sole suggested wearing Polarised sunglasses, just like magic the reflections dissapeared compleatly.
For me the down side was that I wear prescription glasses for driving ;(
The good news came when I found some clip on polarised sunglasses
Cheap enough off eBay, a little more expensive on the high street (if you can find them)

when my first pr of clip on's arrived they didn't work ? Idid the following test only to find they weren't realy polarised.
To be sure your lenses are polarised, hold them away from your face in front of a computer screen/monitor and rotate them, you'll see through them whilst horizontal but when vertical they should look compleatly black.

Re: dash reflection

The reflection is annoying - though it's not unique to the Panda - polarised glasses are the solution.

Re: dash reflection

Funnily enough, it doesn't bother me... or I haven't noticed it... or something. I've just come through an Aussie summer too so it's not as though sunlight was in short supply.

We in the colonies have noticed this tendency. Maybe it's that flat beer you drink

Thought you might, but well, I too have noticed that you Aussies have nothing better to do, and at the risk of upsetting my southern brethren, being from the far north
our beers are malty and delicious and very un-Watney like.

Nothing better to do?
I seem to have pranged up a back muscle doing that towbar yesterday so I can't even get under the bonnet of the Morry to see what I can break there. It's just sit in discomfort and annoy you lot

As for different beers, one of the joys in life is going to different places and trying the different brews. Micro breweries are becoming more common here so we don't have to suffer the big company products exclusively any more.

That's good news - the beer not the back (I suppose) - there's also a strong trend to micro breweries in Pudding Island.

Dash reflection? I can barely see out the windscreen for the heating elements in it!

The sun hasn't shone enough since I got mine for this to have been an issue.
